THE TEAM

Kirt Reinert – President / Owner

Kirt Reinert is President of Niemann Homes.  Mr. Reinert guides all aspects of the business including planning, acquisitions, development, marketing, and management of our various teams. Mr. Reinert possesses more than 30 years of real estate development and finance experience.  Prior to joining Niemann Homes as a partner in 1991, Mr. Reinert was an executive banker with the second largest savings bank in the United States, based in New York.  His prior responsibilities included asset management, commercial real estate lending, and joint venture financing. Mr. Reinert completed his education at Florida State University and majored in Real Estate and Finance. He is a certified Residential Contractor, and a licensed Real Estate Salesman.

John P. Flanagan – Executive Vice President

John Flanagan is the Executive Vice President of Niemann Homes and directs all facets of the company’s construction and development processes. Mr. Flanagan has 30 years of extensive experience in research, planning, entitlements and permitting, development of infrastructure, as well as expertise in vertical construction methods and value engineering of residential and commercial applications. Under Mr. Flanagan’s direction, Niemann Homes has streamlined the development process, created efficiencies in construction timeframes, and has provided valuable solutions for our clients and business trade partners. Mr. Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and is a Florida Certified General Contractor.

Stacey Flanagan – Interior Design Partner for Niemann Homes

Stacey Flanagan is the president and owner of Echelon Custom Interiors, a boutique interior design firm located in Southwest Florida. Stacey is the design partner for Niemann Homes and works hand in hand with Niemann’s customers on quality interiors and selections. Stacey graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Stacey was born and raised in the Southwest Florida Area, and has a keen understanding of the areas’ lifestyle. Stacey has won many awards on both coasts of Florida and continues to have strong and lasting relationships with many prominent clients and builders.

Kristie T. Reinert – Director of Sales & Marketing

Kristie Reinert is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Niemann Homes. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in implementing sales and marketing strategies for regional, national and public homebuilders. She has an absolute proven track record of success with a background in all phases of Real Estate Sales and Marketing. Consistent successes in meeting goals, increasing revenue and reducing costs along with strong recruiting and sales leadership, training, management and communication skills drive her successful track record. Kristie graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication and holds a real estate license in Florida. She held positions as Vice President of sales and marketing for three public homebuilding companies, two regional homebuilders, a brokerage firm based in New York and Atlanta, and an advertising agency.

Patrick B. Reinert – Project Manager

Patrick Reinert is an experienced Project Manager at Niemann Homes. Throughout his 30 plus years of experience in real estate, Patrick has been involved in the research, planning, entitlements, development, permitting, and infrastructure in seven master planned communities in Lee and Collier counties. Patrick is also skilled in sales and marketing and has sold over 1,000 homes in Southwest Florida. Patrick prides himself in his strong listening and communication skills for his success in development and sales. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate, and he holds a Florida Broker’s license.

Roger Letizia – Construction Supervisor

Roger Letizia is a construction supervisor, warranty specialist and technician for the last two years at Niemann Homes. Prior to joining Niemann, Roger spent seven years working strictly in a CCRC community in Naples, Bentley Village. Roger completed over 250 renovations on Independent and Assisted Living Residences during that time. Roger’s 20 plus years of construction experience, attention to detail, and his great customer service helps maintain a wonderful balance of keeping our client and residents happy at the community.

Michael Garrison– Construction Supervisor

Michael Garrison is a construction supervisor at Niemann Homes. Michael’s responsibilities include field supervision, warranty, demolition, remodeling, framing, drywall, painting managing subcontractors, finish carpentry, cabinet install and final punch out. Michael’s 10 plus years of experience includes custom furniture making, high level custom woodworking and finishing, full scale remodeling of single and multifamily residential including lifecare community residences at The Carlisle in Naples, Florida.

Kelly Wolfson – Administrative, Permitting, and Warranty

Kelly Wolfson has over 30 years of experience at Niemann Homes as the office administrator. Kelly also assists in permitting, billing, and warranty. Kelly’s duties include maintaining files, databases, preparing reports, correspondence and proposals. Kelly also helps prepare payroll, handles incoming invoices, coding and timely payment of subcontractors. Kelly’s commitment to Niemann Homes is noteworthy. Throughout the years, Kelly’s accomplishments have helped the company grow to complete over 1,000 homes throughout Southwest Florida.
